Olympus Club Software was founded in 2026 by a country club manager, who spent years working across multiple private club properties. Through his experience managing food and beverage operations, member events, and day-to-day club logistics, he saw firsthand how outdated and fragmented many club management systems had become. While clubs strive to deliver exceptional member experiences, the technology behind the scenes often made operations more complicated than they needed to be.
After working with several different systems throughout his career, he recognized a clear opportunity to build something better, a modern platform designed around the real needs of the people who use it every day. Too often, existing software forces managers to adapt their operations to the system rather than providing tools that naturally support the way clubs actually function.
Olympus Club Software was created to change that. By combining industry expertise with modern software development, the Olympus team set out to design an all-in-one club management platform that simplifies operations while enhancing the member experience. The goal is to replace fragmented legacy systems with a single, intuitive ecosystem that connects reservations, dining, events, POS, accounting, and club administration in one seamless platform.
